In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wifi and high speed internet. Located in Carrer de Joaquin de Costa, in the historic center of the city. The apartment is located in a strategic area, as important urban landmarks and tourist attractions such as Plaza Universitat, Plaza de Catalunya and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona, are located a few minutes walk away. The area is surrounded by narrow streets and small squares that are conveniently located to sit and enjoy a snack. A few meters away is also the neighborhood of Sant Antoni, which has a quiet and residential atmosphere, fully supplied with all services, stores and supermarkets. The nearest station is “Universitat” (L1/L2), 4 minutes from the apartment.
