Cozy apartment located on the first floor of an ancient building in Via dei Falegnami, in the heart of the historic center, a few minutes from Piazza Navona, Campo de’Fiori, the Pantheon, Campidoglio, and Trastevere. The apartment is located in a strategic position and just a few steps away from the magnificent archaeological complex of Torre Argentina, which houses four Roman temples dating back to the Republic age. On Piazza Navona rises the ancient Stadium of Domitian whose elliptic form is maintained. It is one of the most beautiful and famous squares in Rome where you can admire masterpieces done by Bernini, Borromini and Giacomo Della Porta who was among the most important exponents of Baroque Art. In the square of Piazza Navona there are three magnificent fountains: the central one, Fontana dei Fiumi by Bernini is topped by the Obelisk of Domitian, brought here in pieces from the Circus of Maxentius; the lateral ones, the Moor's Fountain and the Calderoni Fountain drawn by Giacomo Della Porta and also knows as Fountain of Neptune. In the centre of the square, in front of the berninian fountain stands the Church of St. Agnes in Agone, built by the architect Rainaldi and Borromini; it represents a magnificent example of Baroque building. Inside the church you can see the Tomb Monument of Pope Innocent X, erected in the church above the main entrance in 1729 and a shrine of Saint Agnes, containing her skull. Piazza Navona is one of the most frequented places in Rome, many tourists and Romans meet here every evening and stay until late night, moving from a club of the neighborhood to the many kinds of restaurants or wine shops in the area. Piazza Navona is one of the most popular areas to rent an apartment in Rome. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
