The apartment is located in a very central area of Stuttgart. You can reach the tram within 5-10 min and the bus as well within 5 min. There are a lot of supermarkets around which you can buy your groceries. As well there are many different restaurants around (Italian, African, local German etc.) which you can go to. The apartment itself is located in the first floor reachable via elevator or via stairs. Regarding parking: There are some private parking spots which you can rent out. (within the same building as the apartment itself). You have a private gym i.e. 2x rooms (1x Room: Bicycle, Stepper, running equipment. 1x: Room: Weights) and a receptionist which is receiving and locking your packages ordered at Amazon and Zalando. There is no noise in the apartment or outside. As well all neighbours are very quiet so that is is very convent to live here. Equipment: The apartment has got a bed, table, sofa, couch, kitchen table, special kitchen table and sufficient lights. Utilities This is an assumed amount of the utilities.
