Our gorgeous 3 bedroom flat is located right in the heart of Rome. You will be delighted with the clean and modern interiors, yet respecting the historic environment with classic materials such as marble floors. Plenty of room for your Roman stay, this 150 sqm house has 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and a huge living. The separated kitchen is compact but with very fast-cooking induction stoves. The 2 bathrooms are modern and super clean. The high ceilings will make you feel right in the majesty of old Rome. A few steps from Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Parliament. Find yourself immersed in an antique yet elegant atmosphere, with your front door facing a huge antique monument "Tempio di Adriano". Loads of restaurants and typical cafes are within a few steps, as well as big-brand shops and boutiques. You cannot miss this unique and spacious gem with all the modern comforts, for your vacation or your monthly stay in Rome. The house is located in the main heart of Rome. Walk out of your front door and visit many historical sites within literally seconds. It's best to walk around but if you're tired you have plenty of cabs going around the area thanks to the numerous celebrities and politicians living in the neighborhood. Please note that the house has 2 levels, with connecting stairs inside it. Not ideal if you have some mobility issue. It's strictly necessary that each of the guests entering the house has a valid passport. We will take pics of them in order to comply with local regulations. For this purpose, you will also be asked to sign a small short-term rental contract. Please note that check-in time is from 15.00 till 20.00. It is still possible to check-in later if agreed with the host, with a late check-in fee of euro 30 until midnight, and euro 50 for check-ins after midnight. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
