A cozy bright apartment completely renovated in the heart of Milan, close to via Spiga, la Scala, and Duomo. Decorated with stylish and comfortable furnishings you will find everything you need in order to fully enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, wifi, TV, and air conditioning. This last floor 100 square meters apartment is located in via Annunciata, between via Spiga (right on the corner with via Manzoni) and Brera, the most important area of the city for shopping and museums including the famous Pinacoteca di Brera. The flat is very well designed and consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. One room has a double bed and one a queen-size bed. With four exposed windows and two inside the apartment is completely furnished with a TV, table and chairs, a sofa, and a bookcase. It's all very clean and tidy! You will find everything you need for a perfect stay: Wi-Fi connection, towels, sheets, a hairdryer, duvets, and a washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, and a complete set of dishes, towels, and glasses. You are just a few steps away from Milan's "fashion district" and the Teatro Alla Scala, the Duomo cathedral, and the beautiful park Giardini Pubblici. The area boasts several bars, restaurants, and shops including Armani Caffè and Nobu. You are at a 1-minute walking distance from the Montepoleone underground station (yellow line). Tram 1 and 2 and the 94 bus stop within 50 meters. Carrefour supermarket in Milan is 600 hundred meters away and the excellent L'annunciata Butcher is just there. Additional fee for late check-in: - check-in between 8 and 10,30 pm: additional fee € 25. - check-in between 10,30 pm and 12 pm: additional fee € 30. - check-in between 12 pm and 2 am additional fee of € 40. You can give the money directly to the representative that will handle the keys. Baby cot available at 30 Euro per stay. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
