The newly renovated apartment has very large spaces and is located in an independent house divided onto two floors: on the ground floor there is a huge fully-equipped kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and 3 single rooms (one of which has a PRIVATE BATHROOM). On the 1st floor, there are 4 single rooms (one of which has a WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM) and 1 shared bathroom. The apartment also has large terraces and an internal courtyard, very convenient for spending some time outdoors. The house is in a beautiful residential neighbourhood, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Duomo and the other squares of Padua. The humanities faculties (History, Literature, Languages, etc.) are less than 10 minutes by bike from the apartment. The area also has all essential services at hand: the Eurospar supermarket is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, but in Via Palestro you will also find pharmacies, bicycle shops, bars and many other services. In addition, in the nearby there are many trendy pubs where young people and students go. The area is also very convenient for getting around by public transport: Line 9 passes through the street and it allows you to reach every area of Padua in a few minutes. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
