It is nicely refurbished and located in 3rd floor and keeps you fit - because there is not (hidden website) is very light and calm as the windows are towards a silent nice green inner court of the building, which is a typical Viennese "Altbau" erected in 1874 well maintained and clean. The apartment has a bigger room which serves as kitchen and living room and a smaller room with a double bed. In the living room there are 2 blue sofa beds perfect to accommodate guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas-stove an oven and an micro wave oven toster, in the bathroom there is a washing machine and a shower. The toilet is in a separate room. At Schwedenplatz there are connecting trains and buses to the airport. n case you are interested in renting a nice and bright apartment in the 17th district bordering with 18th and 9th district, please find attached few pictures of the flat. The apartment is 48 square meters, consists of 2 rooms: living room with kitchen, bedroom, corridor, bathroom / shower, separate WC. It is fully furnished and equipped, so it is ready to just move in with the suitcase. It takes about 20-25 minutes by metro (U6 & U4) or tram (43 & 44) to get to the city centre and 30 min by walking. It is a safe area, the metro and tram stops are only in 2 minutes of walking distance, there are plenty of groceries stores and there is Brunnenmarket (open food market) in 10 minutes of walking distance, where you can do groceries on the weekends. There is also Türkenschanzpark for jogging, sunbathing or just reading a book on the weekends in just 30 minutes of walking from the house.
