The building has a historic charm, though it comes with a few unique features, such as a plumbing system that dates back to its era. Located in one of the quietest areas of Vilamoura, the apartment is a short drive from the Marina and the Falésia beaches. → Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom with air conditioning and a queen-size bed. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living room The living room features air conditioning, smart TV, dining table for 4, a sofa-bed and access to a private terrace with barbecue and pool view. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave/oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a french press coffee maker (coffee not included). → Swimming Pool The swimming pool is shared with the condominium. Things to Know: Renovation works are currently underway in the building with no confirmed completion timeline. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
