Located in one of the quietest areas of Vilamoura, the apartment is a short-distance away from the Marian and the beaches of Falésia. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, closet, and air conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. → Living room The living room features two sofa beds that can accommodate two additional guests, flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a dining table. The living room has ample natural light and access to a private balcony. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle. → Pool The swimming pool is shared with the condominium. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Construction work is underway on buildings near the apartment. → Night trips due to issues beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
