With a superb location, you will have the best of what the Algarve has to offer. → Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator. It is located in Porches, about 2 km from Armação de Pêra, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Just a few steps away from the apartment you can find Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha and Praia da Cova Redonda. → Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom with a queen - sized bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a bath and shower. → Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table and access to a private balcony with a dining area. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Pools The pools are shared with the condominium. (Open from 1st April until 31st October) Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → In person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
