The apartment is fully equipped, including air conditioning, and offers immediate access from the terrace to the outside area. Located in Olhos d'Água (between Albufeira and Vilamoura) the apartment offers all comfort and tranquility for a holiday with family or friends. → Building The apartment is located on the ground floor of a private condominium and has direct access to the garden and outdoor pools. It is located in a calm and quiet area of Olhos d'Água, but with a shopping area and the beach a few steps away. → Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a bath and shower. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, two pull-out sofas prepared to receive two more guests, air conditioning and a dining table. It has plenty of natural light and access to a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Swimming Pools The pools are shared with the condominium. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Night trips due to issues beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am. → Ongoing construction works in the condominium, with no timetable for completion.
