In addition, you will be a few minutes away from the Casino da Póvoa, the municipal market, and several Golf Clubs and as well as prestigious beaches where you can surf, windsurf, and kite surf! → Building The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, garage, and ramp for accessibility. Due to its location in front of the beach, it's a lively area, so there may be some outside noise. → Bedrooms The apartment has two suites with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. → Living room The apartment has a living room with a privileged view of the beach, as well as a balcony, dining table and flat screen TV. Decorative fireplace. → Bathrooms The apartment has two en suite bathrooms with bathtubs and a powder room (bathtub temporarily unavailable). → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine (coffee not included). Hot water temporarily unavailable in the kitchen. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am.
