Bathed in sunlight and surrounded by fantastic city views, the apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the Martim Moniz metro station, nestled between the Alfama, Mouraria, and Graça neighborhoods. Costa do Castelo Sky Views is the perfect choice for staying in the city of seven hills and truly experiencing Lisbon. The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivals take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can be quite busy, and noise should be expected! NOTE: Ongoing construction works in the vicinity with no timetable for completion. - Building The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. - Bedroom The apartment includes 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one of which has a small sunlit balcony. - Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. - Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a cozy sofa, a desk ideal for a home office, and fantastic city views. - Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Basic items are provided upon arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only—replacements or refills are not included. → Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. An additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Additional cleaning services or linen changes can be requested during your stay, subject to an extra fee—these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (an additional cost of €25 applies for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property’s keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case technical assistance is needed to unlock the door, or if the keys or lock are damaged, the guest will be responsible for the costs. A penalty will apply in case of lost keys. → The property has noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring our guests' privacy, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, ensuring the peace and comfort of everyone during their stay. → A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → Street access is restricted to taxis and residents. The main street is approximately 180 meters away. → Please be aware that full passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
