Description

Casa da Pedra is a rustic and historic house, located in the most Portuguese village of Portugal, where the prequel of Game of Thrones was partially filmed. The House itself is a secular experience that takes us to another time and offers all the comfort you need to rest in a totally unusual environment, including a terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the village. → Building The house has three floors, divided by a spiral staircase into two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a roof terrace. Casa de Pedra is a house with secular Portuguese architecture, thus having low level ceilings (≅2 meters), not being recommended for tall people or people with low mobility. → Bedrooms The house has a suite with a queen-size bed and a bedroom in (hidden)ment with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. → Bathrooms: The apartment has two bathrooms. One with shower and one social. → Living Room The living room has a sofa and cozy decor. → Terrace The house has a convenient terrace that offers a wonderful view of the village and its landscape. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Casa da Pedra has the “Clean and Safe” seal from the Portuguese Tourism Authority due to Covid-19. → In order to ensure your safety, and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning team. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → For reservations longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€. → Firewood not provided by the property. How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
