Cascais city center is only about 7 minutes away and you can also reach other great attractions in 15 minute-drive to Guincho Beach, Estoril Casino and the beautiful Village of Sintra. This place is ideal for couples, families or small group of friends. Note: Ongoing maintenance works in the building (interior and facade). → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double-bed and the other with two individual beds. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa, a wide flat-screen TV and tons of natural light coming from the balcony. → Dining Area The apartment has a cozy dining area with space for 6. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City Tax will also be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox.
