Located halfway between the historical town and the main monuments like the Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle, the apartment is a few steps away from public transports, markets and just 30 minutes away from Lisbon and 20 from Cascais. → Building The apartment was totally refurbished with great style and standards in 2017. It has a wonderful view over Sintra and is surrounded by charismatic neighbours. Ideal for couples, a family or group of friends who want peace and quiet in the most beautiful village of Portugal. → Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms with double-beds. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room/Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 4 and a window that offers an incredible view over the city and warm sunlight. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 1€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. → For reservations longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€.
