The apartment is close to the Santa Catarina Viewpoint, one of the most beautiful and visited in the whole city! It is also just a few steps away from the most emblematic and busy lively, such as Baixa-Chiado and Bairro Alto, where you can find the best restaurants and bars in the city. The apartment is close to a bar and is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June, so it is a busy area where noise can be expected. Car access is limited in this area and only certified taxis (not Ubers), residents and emergency vehicles can enter. → Building The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Portuguese building (access to the building is via stairs, as is typical in the Bica neighbourhood). Surrounded by the best viewpoints, boutiques, metro stations, restaurants, and cafes in the city, the apartment is ideal for families or group of friends looking to sleep in the most privileged area of the city! → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed (160 cm x 195 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Both have air conditioner. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room Interior (no window) living room with a TV with cable connection, a comfortable sofa and air conditioner. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, iron, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Be aware that ''Bica'' is a very lively area of Lisbon! Some street noise can be expected, mostly during the weekend nights. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
