Both have air conditioner. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a TV with cable connection, a comfortable sofa and air conditioner. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, iron, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included).
