It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking for some good days in Cascais, with all the village's main attractions just a few minutes away. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms with queen-size beds, two have balconies, and one has a marquise. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one is complete with bath and shower and the other with shower only. → Living / Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is 'Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bedding and bath linens are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
