Please note there are approximately 100 stairs to climb to reach the apartment (but hopefully the view from the top is worth it!) High ceilings, hardwood floors, ample light, and views on both sides, including sweeping views of the city and the Tejo River. The interior preserves the traditional charm of the city's historic style and features artwork from countries in Africa and Asia where the owner works running schools for low-income families BEDROOMS: there are three bedrooms: • #1: Large master bedroom with queen size bed, large wardrobe with ample space to hang garments, its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and interior-facing window for privacy. • #2: Small and cozy bedroom with queen size bed and dresser. Also has interior-facing window, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night’s rest • #3: bedroom off living room with two twin beds (one is a trundle bed that can be pulled out if two people share the room). Has floor-to-ceiling window opening onto small balcony, large dresser, and garment rack for hanging your clothing BATHROOMS: The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub/shower combination (connected to master bedroom) and the other has a shower LIVING ROOM: spacious with two large sofas, a desk/workspace, rocking chair, and flat-screen TV with cable connection DINING ROOM: attached to the kitchen and has sweeping view over the neighborhood with a spacious dining area that seats up to 8 people KITCHEN: has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal – just bring the food! It is fully equipped with full size oven and refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, cooking needs, including pots, pans and bakeware, plenty of high quality cooking knives, enough cutlery/plates/bowls/mugs/espresso cups/wine glasses for everyone in the group, coffee machine/espresso maker, kettle, blender, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board TERRACE: small balcony off the kitchen that seats two - perfect for enjoying the sunny Lisbon weather and the view of Lisbon. There’s also a small balcony off the 3rd bedroom IMPORT NOTE: Ongoing construction works in the vicinity with no estimated completion date. Additional Info: → The property is self-catered: basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for no additional charge at check-in → The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an additional fee - please request at least 24 hours in advance → Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00 (we try to avoid check-ins after quiet hours, if absolutely critical we can accommodate a late check-in for a fee of 25€) → We are required by Portuguese law to collect each guest's passport details → You may check out any time before 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building and if there is a noise complaint after 10pm by the residents of the building, the management will charge a 100€ fine. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. *The apartment is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
