Staying at Alfama The Best ensures fully experiencing the Lisbon experience! The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivals take place during the month of June. Alfama is a bustling tourist area. Please be aware that this area may be quite busy and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is situated on the third floor of a traditional Portuguese building (without an elevator) and boasts the truly incredible atmosphere of Alfama. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a great time in Lisbon, with all the main city attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. Pedestrian-only access street. The nearest vehicle access is about a 5-minute walk away. Alfama is an old neighborhood characterized by narrow, steep streets with Portuguese pavement. It is located just a 20-minute walk from the center of Lisbon. Don't forget your comfortable shoes! → Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The other bedroom has two single beds, is located upstairs, and has reduced ceiling height. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a table for 2 people overlooking the river. Additional Info: → The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In cases of lost keys, a penalty will apply. → The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, ensuring tranquility and comfort for everyone during their stay. → Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
