It is ideal for couples or small families looking to enjoy Lisbon in a central but very quiet area, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and all major public transport, including the metro (just 500 meters away!). Due to the proximity to the train line, some external noise may be heard from its normal operation. → Bedroom The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a convenient desk, air conditioning, and a lovely city view. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The vintage design taps, carefully selected, contrast with the modernity of the other materials, enriching the space. → Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining area, and a small balcony overlooking the neighborhood. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. Like many buildings in this historic city, the building where the apartment is located is old, which brings some particular characteristics, namely an outdated plumbing system. Please note that the bathroom is small and not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Since it is an interior bathroom with no windows, it is more prone to accumulating humidity after showers. We recommend airing the house frequently during your stay to reduce humidity and any potential odors. Additional Info:→ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bedding and bath linen are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 14:00 - 22:00 (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
