Keep in mind that the proximity of neighboring buildings is part of Alfama’s charm, but it may mean less privacy. → Bedrooms The apartment has two double bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Located on the main floor, featuring a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 2 (Mezzanine): A unique space accessed by steep, narrow stairs without a handrail. The low ceilings give it a cozy, tucked-away vibe, but it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. → Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and all essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay. → Living Room Unwind in the bright living room, complete with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for additional guests. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
