It is ideal for group of friends or families who want to enjoy their stay in Lisbon in the most lively place in the city! Ongoing maintenance works taking place in the building's roof and facade. → Bedroom The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and plenty of natural light. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living / Dining Room The Living Room features a flat-screen TV and a sofa-bed by the window that illuminates the apartment during the day and has stunning views of the city and the ''Cristo Rei''. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City tax will be charged according to the law. → Please be aware that Bica is a very busy area and there are bars close to the apartment. Some noise can be expected, especially on weekend nights. → Due to the fact that Lisbon is an ancient and historical city close to the river Tagus, plumbing odors can be expected occasionally in older buildings. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
