The condominium offers all the security and privacy you need. Guests can access all facilities, including the garage, garden, and pool. It's ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a premium stay close to the city of Lisbon. → Bedrooms The apartment features two double bedrooms with splendid decoration. → Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, two large and comfortable sofa beds, a dining table for 6, plenty of brightness, and a balcony with a cozy table for breakfasts or romantic dinners. → Bathroom The apartment has two bathrooms. One complete and one powder room. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bedding and bath linens are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → The pool is operational, however, it may be undergoing maintenance without prior notice from the condominium. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
