This is the perfect beach atmosphere with superior comfort and free parking garage. → Building The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a modern building in a private condominium in Oeiras. The condominium offers all the security and privacy you need. Guests can use all the facilities, including the garage, the garden and the pool. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a premium stay near Lisbon. *Repair works are ongoing in the building, with an expected completion date in November 2024. The pool will be unavailable during this period. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a formidable decor. Both are equipped with air conditioning. → Living/Dining Room The living room has a flat screen TV, two large and comfortable sofa beds, a dining table for 6, plenty of light and a balcony with a cozy table for breakfasts or romantic dinners. → Bathroom The apartment has two bathrooms. A complete one and a toilet. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → A/C out of service. → City tax will be charged according to the law.
