The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator. It has plenty of natural light and has stunning views over Lisbon. Perfect for business travelers, couples or small families looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. → Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and a balcony with an amazing city and river view. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has A/C, a flat-screen TV and a sofa-bed next to the window and its nice view over the neighborhood and the Tagus. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and a filter coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → City tax will be charged according to the law. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Due to the fact that Lisbon is an ancient and historical city close to the river Tagus, plumbing odors can be expected occasionally in older buildings. This circumstance is out of our control and happens very rarely, but is a possibility when the river tide changes. → Construction work is taking place in the building...
