Regular ventilation is recommended for a fresh atmosphere. - Limited Car Access: The apartment is located on a narrow, steep dead-end street, which restricts car access and makes parking difficult. - Old Building: The apartment is in an older building, so the soundproofing isn’t ideal. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
