The floor is terrazzo. The bedroom features a comfortable bed, a nightstand, fans (no air conditioning), a flat-screen Tv, electric heating, portable radiators. This room overlooks the inner courtyard, with no view, very quiet. During the day you can be on the terrace. Very central location, 10 minutes walk to everything: leisure, doctors, supermarkets, beach, central market, buses, tr(hidden)us direct to the airport. 500 meters from Sant Sebastia Beach and 12 km from Garraf Beach. All expenses included. 1 month of rent is required as a security deposit. The monthly cleaning fee is 20 euros, for two hours of cleaning. REGISTRATION IS POSSIBLE. NO smoking, pets, or parties.
