The apartment is in a quiet residential area, easily accessible from the center of Florence (SMN Station) in 15 min by bus, well served by supermarkets, stores, green areas, possibility of parking bike in a private area, all expenses included, 2 bathrooms and 2 refrigerators, wifi. In the house there are a dog and three/four cats :) Elena (the owner) lives in the apartment, in which there are two single rooms with a shared bathroom, which we rent to international students. Guests are not allowed. We speak English, French, Spanish. International students are welcome!
