Single rooms suitable for students who: * need their own space, * are non-smokers, * can keep room/apartment clean, * and have no problem with following house rules. The apartment is half basement and it has its own entrance. Room has a closet, bed with mattress, desk table, chair, some shelves. On a request a cover and a pillow. Possibility of towel, bedding rental. Apartment has also a living room, 2 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi... In total apartment has 4 single rooms, which can be also rented. Costs are not included in the price. Security deposit (one monthly rental) applies at the arrival and in fully returned after the departure if everything ok. Close to the apartment is a grocery store. In walking distance are Faculty of Economics, Education, Management and Social Sciences. Parking can be arranged (low parking fees). After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
