Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! All of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like heating, electricity, water and internet. We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin.The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110. The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl. There are also plenty of cafes and shops around: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale and more. The building is close to Bürgeramt Hohenzollerndamm, and just few minutes walking distance away from the Stadtbad Wilmersdorf II - Berliner Bäder Pool and the Sommerbad Wilmersdorf. The area is very central, but at the same time very green, so it ́s perfect for walks and outdoor activities. Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
