The basic rent listed is for a single person occupancy. I have added the optional costs for 2-person-occupancy as 'other optional costs'. In the modern equipped kitchenette of this vacation apartment you can prepare a breakfast or even a small meal. By feet you reach the old town of Düsseldorf or the Königsallee within about 15 minutes. Restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach the apartment, located on the third floor, via an elevator. The equipment includes: - a king - size bed (lying surface 160x200 cm) - an extendable sofa bed (lying surface 140x200 cm) - a contemporary bathroom with rain shower and hairdryer - a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining facilities - internet: WLAN For the time of your stay towels and bed linen are at your free disposal. The Düsseldorf main train station is only about 5 minutes away by tram. Smoking is not prohibited in the apartment. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
