This apartment is around 30 square meters and is located close to the city in the trendy Pempelfort district. There are shops and numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to Düsseldorf's old town in around 15 minutes - and shopping in the city center is even faster. The exhibition grounds and Düsseldorf Airport can be reached by public transport in around 25 minutes and the main train station in around 10 minutes. The equipment includes: - a king-size bed (lying area 160x200 cm) - a modern bathroom with glass shower cubicle and hairdryer - a fully equipped fitted kitchen with combination microwave - Water heater; Coffee maker, toaster - washing machine, iron, ironing board - Internet: WIFI (fast) For the duration of your stay, towels and bed linen as well are at your disposal. Please note that all of our apartments are non-smoking accommodations. If you still smoke in the apartment, extensive cleaning is required. We ask for your understanding that we will charge you the costs of 500 euros. The maximum occupancy of this apartment is 2 adults. The basic rent listed is for a single person occupancy. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
