This 33 sqm apartment is completely renovated and is located in a central but quiet location in downtown Düsseldorf. The apartment has room for 2 persons which should be a couple as there's only one bed-/livingroom. The basic rent listed is for a single person occupancy. I have added the optional costs for 2-person-occupancy as 'other optional costs'. In the modern equipped kitchen you can prepare a breakfast or even a small meal. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the old town of Düsseldorf or on the Königsallee. Restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. This suite with its tasteful and modern furnishings is an ideal accommodation for business or private trips and as well as for long term stays . You can easily reach the apartment, located on the second floor, via an elevator. The equipment includes: - a king - size bed (lying surface 160x200 cm) - an extendable sofa bed (lying surface 140x200 cm) - a contemporary bathroom with rain shower and hairdryer - a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining facilities - microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster - internet: WLAN (Fast) - TV 40 inch - Washing machine (located in basement for exclusive use by my tenants For the time of your stay, towels and bed linen are at your free disposal. Various shopping opportunities as well as bars and restaurants are located in the neighborhood. Walking to Düsseldorf main train station takes about 10 minutes. Alternatively, take the subway or tram. Please note that all our apartments are non-smoking accommodations. However, if you smoke in the apartment, a costly cleaning is required. We ask for your understanding that we will charge the costs incurred for this in the amount of 500 euros. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
