Simple but cozy double (single bed) room for rent in great location in Ljubljana This is a fully furnished, double (single bed) room in the ground floor flat in a typical Ljubljana town house suitable for classmates, pairs... Usually it is for 2 people - 260 per person. 520 is the price if you are alone in the room. It is a cozy room with everything you will need during your stay (2 comfy beds, 2 closets, 2 study desks and some shelves for your books) and it gets plenty of natural light. You will be sharing the flat with two house mates and your room mate. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with view of the garden and a bathroom with a bath tub and a a toilet. The house has a private garden and a patio where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location. House is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5 minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate vicinity (Tivoli station). The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet, maintenance...) which usually average at around 70-80€ per person/month during winter season.
