The apartment is ideal for single travellers, couples, families and craftsmen. Travelers appreciate the central location. Our rooms and upholstered furniture are cleaned with an air and cleaning system, so that we can guarantee you a mite-free mattress. Our apartment is therefore very suitable for allergy sufferers. Furthermore you can expect: Eat-in kitchen: The apartment has a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with everything that is necessary for the catering of one or more persons. This includes of course a refrigerator, hotplates, toaster and a water boiler as well as a Nespresso coffee machine but also cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hand soap and a hair dryer. Bedroom: Maximum comfort in a stylish ambience – that’s what the bedrooms should offer. The apartment has one bedrooms, with two single beds. In total there are one to three sleeping places available. Bed linen is of course provided, as is cupboard space for clothes and accessories. Livingroom: The living room has a television and a comfortable sofa, which can also be converted into a sofa bed. Of course there is a table which can be used as a dining table or as a workstation. The tasteful furnishings are designed to allow our tenants to relax after a hard day’s work. THE LOCATION: The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the main station and Centro in Oberhausen. The city centre as well as some parks and well-known cultural institutions of the city are located directly near by the Düpplestraße. There are public transport stops directly in front of the front door. The city centre with its numerous opportunities for leisurely shopping is only a few minutes away.
