We can assist you: - organizing your travel, booking tickets and rail transport, restaurants, museums and performances or by organizing custom itineraries to get to know the city; - running small errands for you, delivering newspapers or magazines to your apartment, sending regular mail or registered mail, sending parcels or packages by courier or Pony Express; making payments at the Post Office. Transportation: - We will be happy to organize shuttle services to and from the airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio and railway stations and limousine services for any destination. - Make priority taxi calls, which is important during peak hours or during trade fairs and events. - Car rentals: we can book a car at all major international rental companies. Hertz, AVIS, Maggiore and National agencies are just a few minutes away from the residence. - Ubeeqo, Enjoy, Car2go, E-Vai, Share'Ngo, Drive now car-sharing services. - BikeMi bike-sharing service. Finally, the residence is served by two underground lines (Missori station on line 3 and Duomo station on line 1) and several overground transportation lines. With prior notice, we can arrange for qualified babysitters. For the enjoyment of your children, the Giardini della Guastalla playground is a short walk from the residence. Milan also offers many activities for children (nurseries, playrooms, Pombia Safari park, educational farms, baby swimming pools, music schools for children, etc.). Our concierge will be happy to provide information and make reservations for you. Pets: Your faithful friends of all sizes are very welcome. The nearby parks Giardini della Guastalla or largo Richini provide open spaces for your pets. All other needs can be fulfilled: we can provide you with a dog sitter; the S. Eufemia Veterinary Clinic and a grooming shop are also nearby. Communications: The apartments are equipped with telephones with direct access to outside lines. The residence features Wi-Fi internet access with up to 1 Gbps download and upload speeds. The concierge is at your disposal to send faxes and regular and registered mail. Comfort: Our maids clean the apartments every day, including on Saturdays and Sundays. Bathroom linen is changed every day, while bed linen is changed twice a week. The residence has central heating and air conditioning, which provides air treatment and filtration. The temperature can be adjusted in each apartment. Heating, air conditioning and hot water are produced by a geothermal, highly efficient and ecological plant. All apartments have a safe box. We have a laundry service for your personal laundry with wet or dry cleaning, as well as ironing options available. We have a storage room at your disposal for suitcases you do not wish to keep in your apartment. Catering: We have direct access to the renowned restaurant Yokohama which also serve both lunch and dinner to the apartments. We also have a trusted partner for in-apartment breakfast service. These services can be ordered through our concierge. Grocery: Upon request, we can buy groceries for you at well-known retail outlets. For the most discerning customers, we are able to provide fruit and vegetables from the historic and picturesque stand in largo Richini, which offers rare and exclusive Italian organic products, and delicacies from the famous Peck store. This service can also be requested prior to your arrival in order to guarantee you a warm welcome at our residence. Please note that: -The rent price is inclusive of 1)condominium expenses (cleaning common areas, concierge, heating) 2)all bills (hot and cold water, telephone, electricity, air conditioning, internet) -1 month's rent as a security deposit, to be returned at the end of the lease. Minimum stay 3 months - additional cleaning and/or linen changes, up to seven per week are possible (prices will follow for each listing).
