La vivienda se sitúa en la primera planta de un edificio de 5 alturas sin ascensor. El barrio de Benimaclet es el barrio para estudiantes por antonomasia en Valencia. Se encuentra a 10 minutos andando tanto del campus dels Tarongers como del campus de Blasco Ibañez. Además puedes encontrar todos los servicios necesarios para tu día a día. La vivienda está muy bien comunicada por tranvía, metro y autobús, además de tener supermercados, carnicerías, fruterías, lavanderías, etc. Muy cerca de la vivienda se encuentran las paradas de los autobuses 10,89,98, N2, N89, además de tener al lado la parada de Metro de Benimaclet, que te conecta con toda la ciudad y la parada de los Tranvías 4 y 6 que te llevan a la UPV y a la playa .
