Room’s description: This room is spacious and cozy. It has an individual bed; a desk with chair; bedside table; and a wardrobe. Area’s description: This apartment is located in the Seville area of Los Remedios, a quiet quarter, next to the River Guadalquivir. This area is full of bars, pubs, restaurants, gyms and stores. It has supermarket chains, and avenues with famous stores and boutiques. It is next to the river, with its quiet shores, as well as the Parque de los Príncipes (which has lakes, lots of vegetation, sports tracks...) and the famous and huge María Luisa Park, with the Plaza España. In addition, it is located next to the campus of the April Fair, and is within few minutes walking distance from the area of Triana as well as the city centre. The price is referring to an estimated stay of 10 months for a single person.
