It only takes a few minutes to walk to Lauttis shopping center (grocery store, postal pickup, pharmacy) and metro station and healthcare center and library which makes this location great. The metro has regular rides (every three/four minutes) and the metro ride takes about 4 minutes to Kamppi / 6 minutes to the central railway station. The building has a washing machine, a drier, and a sauna that you can book through an online booking system. A new kitchen was installed in December 2021 and includes a dishwasher, microwave, 3-pan induction stove, oven, refrigerator & freezer. Regarding furniture there will be at least a 140cm bed, cupboards (both in bedroom and living room).
