This modern apartment is a great spot to start your Prague adventure. You'll find plenty of traditional Czech pubs, restaurants, and cafés nearby. There are five restaurants, a bakery, a pastry shop, and a 24/7 mini-market right on the street. Despite being in the lively city center, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. You can walk to Old Town Square and the Prague Jewish Quarter in just 10 minutes, and Wenceslas Square is only a 5-minute walk away. It's the perfect location for exploring Prague like a local, with easy access to public transportation and the main train station. There's a large living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed and one bathroom with rain shower. ⚠️ Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of €60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of €60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors.
