Wohnung Wir vermieten unsere gemütliche Einliegerwohnung, bestehend aus einem großen Wohn-Schlafzimmer, einem Eingangsbereich und einer offenen Küche sowie einem schönen Badezimmer. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet und ist ganz neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, Pfanne und Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck usw. ausgestattet, eine Bettdecke/ Kissen und Handtücher müssen selber mitgebracht werden. Zu der Einbauküche gehören Kühlschrank, Induktions-Herdplatten, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeeaufbereiter und Kombi-Mikrowelle mit Ofen und Grill-Funktion. Daneben sind auch Fernseher und Staubsauger vorhanden. Lage Das Haus liegt in Bonn-Ippendorf in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße. Vor der Tür liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Katzenlochbachtal". Parkplätze sind im öffentlichen Raum ausreichend vorhanden. Zum Ippendorfer "Zentrum" sind es 5 Min. zu Fuß, dort befindet sich u.a. Edeka, ein Bäcker und eine Bushaltestelle. Wer ruhig und grün wohnen möchte und es trotzdem nah ins Zentrum haben möchte, ist hier richtig! Sonstiges Die Einlieger-Wohnung ist Teil unserer Wohnung, jedoch in sich abgeschlossn und verfügt über einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet.
