For bookings with a monthly rate, gas and electricity are payable separately: - The gas and electricity will be counted according to consumption by taking the numbers on arrival and departure (heating is autonomous) - An advance payment of 50 euros per month to be paid in cash will be requested at check-in - The final cleaning does not include the kitchenette and refrigerator, these must be left clean, otherwise 50 euro will be withheld from the deposit The ITC ILO center in Viale Maestri del lavoro and the SAA are within walking distance ( about 1.5 km). The accommodation is located in the hospital area ( CTO, Regina Margherita, Sant 'Anna and Molinette) which are all within walking distance, as well as the Lingotto. Getting around.
