On the first floor of an ancient building with elevator, this bright and cozy studio apartment is the perfect choice for those who love to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation in Milan! On the second floor of a prestigious building, natural light opens the beauty of this apartment composed of a bedroom/living room and bathroom with every comfort and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Check-in is available at all hours, but an extra charge may be required depending on the time of arrival. A payment of 35€ will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while on Saturdays and holidays the supplement will be applied at any time. IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the city tax required by the Municipality of Milan (children/youth under 18 years old are exempt); the cost is 2 Euro per person per day which must be paid in cash at check-in. Electricity costs are no longer covered with the rental price from 01.03.2020. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes.
