RESIDENZA Madame de Staël On the 1st floor of a modern building with lift, this bright and welcoming apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room is the perfect choice for those who love to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Milan! The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area just behind one of the most famous neighborhoods in Milan (DERGANO) famous for its shops, bars and restaurants, and attractions. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds + 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. From the terrace you can enjoy a quiet view of the condominium garden. Check-in is available at all times, but a surcharge may be required based on arrival time. Payment of 35€ will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while Saturday and holidays the surcharge will be applied at any hour . IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the tourist tax requested by the City of Milan (children under the age of 18 are exempt); the cost is 3 Euro per person per day which you will have to pay in cash at check-in. * EXEMPTION: Those staying in holiday homes, holiday apartments and holiday homes run by non-profit organizations, as identified above, for the period of stay beyond the fourteenth consecutive day. If the sequence is interrupted, the count for subsequent nights is restarted. Electricity costs are no longer covered by the rental price from 01.03.2020. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The total cost per Kw of electricity in Italy is about 0.45 €/kWh, which will have to be paid at checkout. L’appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla proprio dietro uno dei quartieri più famosi di Milano (DERGANO) famosa per i suoi negozi, bar e ristoranti e attrazioni. Ci sono 4 camere da letto con 4 letti matrimoniali + 2 letti singoli ed 1 divano letto matrimoniale. Dal terrazzo si gode una vista tranquilla sul giardino condominiale. Il check-in sono disponibili in tutte le ore, ma può essere richiesto un supplemento in base all’orario di arrivo. Sarà richiesto il pagamento di 35€ dopo le 19:00 durante i giorni feriali mentre sabato e festivi il supplemento verrà applicato a qualsiasi ora . IMPORTANTE - Si prega di notare che sarà richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal Comune di Milano (bambini / ragazzi sotto i 18 anni sono esenti); il costo è di 3 Euro a persona al giorno che si dovrà pagare in contanti al momento del check-in. * ESENZIONE : Coloro che soggiornano nei residence, case e appartamenti per vacanze e nelle case per ferie gestite da enti no profit, come sopra individuati, per il periodo di permanenza oltre il quattordicesimo giorno consecutivo. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
