We’re located in the peaceful Sete Rios area, near the University of Lisbon - a calm, well-connected neighbourhood close to supermarkets and public transport stops. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! This studio is located on the ground floor. It’s a private room with high ceilings and a large window that brings in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchenette features modern appliances including a refrigerator, electric stove, and a microwave that also functions as an oven. For year-round comfort, the studio includes underfloor heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. A desk by the window offers a bright and quiet space for studying. There’s also a wardrobe to keep your clothes organised, and a private en-suite bathroom to ensure your privacy. The mezzanine double bed provides a spacious and cosy sleeping area, and the built-in power outlets (including USB) at the headboard let you charge your phone while watching your favourite series on your laptop. In the common area, you’ll find a paid washer-dryer available for use. Cleaning Services (Optional): Our common areas are cleaned daily. You can also choose from the following in-room cleaning services: - Standard Room Cleaning – €175 (per 5-month stay) Bi-weekly cleaning of your room, so you can focus on what matters most. - Premium Room Cleaning – €205 (per 5-month stay) Includes bi-weekly cleaning and a change of bed linen twice a month. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
