A large fully fitted open kitchen gives you freedom to make the most of it during your stay with us. Your sleeping arrangements come to you as two well-appointed bedrooms with a King-size bed in each. Last but not least, the apartment comes to you with three bathrooms, the main bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower § bathtub/shower, the smaller one with shower cabin and toilet and finally a separate guest toilet. ⏹️ FORMALITIES THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO MOVING IN: Our rental agreement will only take effect upon the completion of the following formalities: N° 1 CONTRACT ✓A rental contract will be forwarded and needs to be signed by the primary tenant. N° 2 SECURITY DEPOSIT ✓ The tenant is requested to settle or pay a security in the amount of 1925€ (one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five euros). Please select the method that is most convenient to you: OPTION n°1: CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION: o A secured link will be forwarded, so that you instantly may settle your security deposit online, in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation. Following your departure and an inspection, the pre-authorisation will be released within 24h. OPTION n°2: BANK TRANSFER: o We will forward you our bank details so that you may to settle our security deposit by bank transfer. After departure and upon completing an inspection, we will initiate reimbursement you within 7 business days, deducted by any bank charges. ⚠︎ Any bank transfer transaction will take effect only after the total amount has been received and confirmed in writing by us. N° 3 REGISTRATION: ✓ ALL occupants to provide us with an official government issued photo ID. For EU citizens a copy of a valid ID card is required and for NON-EU citizens a copy of a valid passport is the norm. Additionally the primary tenant is obliged to send us: a) proof of employment: valid employment / last 3 financial statements of your business for self-employed tenants. or b) academic enrolment: valid sign-on certificate or approved internship application ⏹️ OUR SUPPLEMENTS ✓ FULL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: a weekly housekeeping service is included in your rent. If you so desire additional housekeeping services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 75€ charge per service. ✓ LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: your rent includes a weekly bed and bath linen refreshment service according to the amount of tenants identified in the lease contract.
