Apartamento num segundo andar de um edifício situado junto ao hotel Baia Alvor, a cerca de 500 metros da cosmopolita e única vila de Alvor. Está próximo de restaurantes e supermercados. O apartamento está situado numa zona de excelente localização, próximo das excelentes praias do Alvor, Torralta e Prainha (900 m), onde o mar e as falésias proporcionam cenários como em nenhum outro lugar do Algarve. Mas as opções de praia são imensas, pois a praia do Vau e Alemão (1200m) e a Rocha, um pouco mais afastada, são ex-libris do Algarve. A ria de Alvor e toda a paisagem protegida proporciona-nos passeios deslumbrantes. A típica e cosmopolita vila de Alvor é lugar único e de encantos, com excelentes restaurantes e bares. A frenética Praia da Rocha e sua marina fazem a delícia dos viajantes e são verdadeiras opções noturnas. Portimão tornou-se o centro de lazer e iniciativas desportivas e culturais do Algarve. Tudo tão perto, mas o suficientemente afastado para nos podermos recolher para um merecido descanso. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
