Furnished studio with a comfortable sofa bed. Tv, wifi, washing machi, oven and microwave, close to public transport and shops.999 euros all inclusive : insurance, tv, wifi, water, common charges. Attention: electricity is included but is based on the estimation of 35euros/month: at the end of your stay if you consumed more it will have to be paid - vice versa, if you consume less you will get reimbursed. In case of a couple renting the studio, I ask for 70euros/ month on top for utilities....
