The terrace is very large, has a lovely view., and is perfect for hosting friends and family in spring and summer. Energy and auxiliary costs: the rent includes all energy, auxiliary and internet costs. The energy (heating and electricity) costs, as well as the other auxiliary (building related) costs, such as garbage disposal etc., are advanced payments, that are adjusted at the end of the year (the standard German system). Public transport: tram lines (M-13 and others) across the street, 10 minutes away from Ostkreuz on foot: One of the most important stations in Berlin, with the S3, S41 & S42 (Ringbahn), S5, S7, S75, S8, S85, and bus lines 194, 347, N94, 240, N40. Samariterkiez is well known because of its international restaurants to be enjoyed everyday. There are several supermarkets within 2-3 min walk from the complex. The maximum extension of the contract is one year since it is my own private Berlin apartment and my son will want to use it at some point. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
